ACTIVITIES
The academic calendar of our Primary and Middle class section is filled with various activities of different subjects.
Apart from the quarterly Field Trips, Winter Carnival, Annual Day, and Annual Sports Meet, we have Inter House competitions, monthly presentations by students and class competitions to build their confidence and keep them engaged.
Other activities include :
• Arts : Painting, sketching, drawing, handicrafts, pottery, wood carving and classroom decoration are some of the activities our students undertake on a daily basis.
• Sports : Sports is an important part of the daily routine at JJ School. The students are introduced to different forms of Sports like Kho Kho, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Football, Taekwondo, Yoga, and Athletics throughout the year. There are inter house matches, inter class matches and Annual sports Meet held every year. Our students are also offered NCC as a subject option.
• Music and Dance : The school offers Manipuri dance, Vocal and Instrumental music to our students to develop their passion, and increase their social confidence.
• Computer : Our students are given various activities like project work, competitions and games to develop their IT skills and prepare them for the Digital world.
• Art integrated Projects is also introduced to enhance their learning experience and understanding.
• The school also conducts various events like English Literary Meet, Hindi Literary Meet, Math quiz, Science Exhibitions and quiz, Games, Inter House art and craft Competitions, festival celebrations, Dance and music Competitions, picnics, potluck lunch, workshops and seminars, Cultural Arts performances and field trips etc to build their character and provide exposure to new activities.
